Role Overview:
Floor Shield of Orlando is seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting in-person and virtual presentations, and closing sales for our top-tier polyaspartic floor coatings. This position is ideal for a self-starter with excellent communication skills who thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate your own leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Client Engagement: Conduct presentations via video chat and in-person meetings to showcase Floor Shield’s product offerings. Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of residential and commercial clients.

Estimating & Quoting: Visit client locations to take precise measurements and formulate detailed estimates for polyaspartic floor coating projects.

Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through closing, including the collection of deposits on-site using a tablet and our CRM software.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and the latest offerings from Floor Shield to effectively position our products in the market.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the installation team to ensure client expectations are met and projects are completed to the highest standard.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through proactive sales activities and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. A strong desire to succeed and willingness to learn is essential.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to clients.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using tablets, CRM (Thryv) software, and video conferencing tools.

Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Organized: Ability to manage multiple client interactions and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results without constant supervision.

Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Must become familiar with the "They Ask, You Answer" sales strategy, by Marcus Sheridan.
